Правила маркировки икры осетровых и лососевых (красной икры) больше не распространяются на продукцию, которую не подвергли переработке (обработке). Изменения вступили в силу 20 мая 2025 года.
Переработка (обработка) – это термическая обработка (кроме заморозки и охлаждения), копчение, консервирование, созревание, посол, сушка, маринование, концентрирование, экстракция, экструзия либо сочетание этих процессов. Если икру просто заморозили или охладили, наносить на нее средства идентификации и передавать сведения в систему «Честный знак» не нужно.
